About Our Self-Guided Tours in Cornwall

Welcome to our self-guided page where you can find a selection of carefully designed self-guided tours. With COVID-19 affecting tourism as it has, we decided to take all of the information, including the ‘would be guided’ talks and put them in to an easy self-guided format for you to enjoy at your own pace. This way you can avoid the crowds, but still get all the very best immersive, historical and cultural information to accompany you. And don't forget, most of our tours can also be booked with or without accommodation!

On some days, our self-guided tours will have you leaving the car behind so you can get up close and personal with local life. Embrace the Kernow vibe whilst meandering along winding streets, sip coffees on beautiful harbours and get to know the history at some fascinating points of interest. With local tips and recommendations from the Cornwall Discovered team all the way through your tour, we have created a fully immersive experience which aims to help you discover places often missed by the casual tourist. We also want to ensure that our holidays and tours leave a lasting positive impact for the local communities along the way, so each self-guided tour includes an exciting initiative - whether it be a 2 minute beach clean, stopping at a lesser known hidden beach café or supporting heritage and conservation projects, your trip benefits the local folk too!

We achieve all of this by making these self-guided itineraries available through the travel app Vamoos. Once you have made your booking with us, you will be provided with an ID and password to unlock all of the exciting information you need for a perfect Cornish trip with us!
